Bancy provides a comprehensive warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 to 24 months from the date of manufacture, depending on the product model. This warranty ensures that the product you receive meets our high-quality standards.

Proper cleaning and storage will significantly extend the life of your tank. Follow these steps:
1. Empty & Rinse: Completely drain the tank. Rinse the interior thoroughly with clean water.

3. Dry Completely: This is the most important step. Allow the tank to air dry completely, both inside and out, in a shaded area to prevent mildew.
4. Fold & Store: Fold the tank loosely, avoiding sharp creases. Store it in its protective bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and rodents.
Yes, proper site preparation is critical for the tank’s longevity. We strongly recommend the following:
1. Clear the Area: The site must be level and completely cleared of any sharp objects like rocks, roots, or debris.
2. Use a Groundsheet: A protective groundsheet (such as heavy-duty geotextile fabric or a durable tarp) must be placed underneath the tank. This provides a crucial barrier against punctures and abrasion.
