Material Screening

Automated CNC Cutting
Computer-controlled cutting tables translate your dimensions into reality with millimeter-level accuracy. This eliminates manual errors and guarantees perfect geometry for the subsequent welding stage.
Reinforced Seam Fusion
This is where Bancy stands out. For the main tank body, we apply an extra reinforcement strip over the seams using advanced heat sealing. This creates a mechanical bond stronger than the fabric itself, withstanding high internal pressure.
Welding & Assembly
Valves and flanges are installed using our specialized heavy-duty welding process. This molecular-level fusion ensures that connection points—traditionally the weakest spots in flexible tanks—become as robust as the tank body itself.
Rigorous QC & Inspection
Quality is monitored at every stage. We conduct 100% Visual Inspection on all seams and perform Systematic Air-Tightness Sampling to ensure compliance with our leak-prevention standards.
Export Packaging
Products are carefully folded to minimize volume (High Cube Efficiency). Wrapped in woven bags or fumigation-free wooden crates, ready for secure global logistics and easy resale.
